Changes to your order

If you wish to change your order, please do so by calling us or send us an email. We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes including to the delivery address and card message requested at least 24 hours before date of delivery.

Cancelling your order

Orders can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date. You can cancel your order by calling us or send us an email.

Substitution Policy

All products are subject to availability.In the event of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent or greater value and quality. Where it is necessary and if time allows us we will try to contact you via email.

If we are unable to contact prior to the time that we make up your order , we will assume you accept our decision of re-substitution.

Offline payments

If you do not have a credit card don't worry. You can still place a order . All you have to do is draw a demand draft or a cheque payable at delhi, drawn in the name of Bunny Florist and drop it in the HDFC bank drop box with the below details at the bank and send us an email or call us to give the details.
